About our Council

The Auburn Panhellenic Council serves as the governing body for Auburn University’s 18 National Panhellenic Conference sororities, representing a thriving community of over 6,900 members, approximately 24% of Auburn’s undergraduate population and 47% of the undergraduate women on campus. Our Panhellenic women are deeply engaged across Auburn’s campus and the broader community. They lead student organizations, serve as mentors, support campus initiatives, and volunteer thousands of hours annually through community service and philanthropy. Together, our sororities foster leadership, scholarship, friendship, and service, embodying the values that define the Auburn spirit.

Through Panhellenic programming, events, and collaboration, our community continues to create opportunities for women to grow personally and professionally while giving back to Auburn and beyond.

As we begin the new year, we are excited to share our 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities, which include:

  • Council Sponsorships- Year-round visibility and engagement with Panhellenic leaders and initiatives.

  • Greek Sing Sponsorships- Support one of our most anticipated philanthropic events.

    • Attendees include active sorority members, parents, and the Auburn community

  • Recruitment Sponsorships- Connect with thousands of students and parents during our largest annual event.

Council Sponsorships

Auburn Panhellenic Council Meetings are biweekly gatherings that bring together the key leaders of the Panhellenic community, including all Chapter Presidents, Delegates, and Junior Panhellenic Delegates, as well as members of the Panhellenic Cabinet, Marketing Team, Recruitment Executive Board, and Executive Board.

These meetings serve as the central space for sharing important updates, initiatives, and announcements that shape the direction of Auburn’s Panhellenic community. They provide an incredible opportunity for local businesses and organizations to connect directly with the women who lead and represent every Panhellenic chapter on campus.

Each meeting welcomes around 100 in-person attendees and an average of 200 guests joining via Zoom, giving sponsors exposure to a broad and engaged audience across our community.

Partnering with Auburn Panhellenic through Council Meeting sponsorship offers a meaningful way to support women’s leadership, connect with our community, and showcase your brand to a highly involved audience of student leaders.

Greek Sing Sponsorships

Greek Sing is Auburn Panhellenic’s annual philanthropic dance competition, bringing together all 18 Panhellenic sororities for an unforgettable evening of talent, sisterhood, and service. Hosted in Neville Arena, Greek Sing is one of Auburn’s largest student-led events, drawing a crowd of over 8,000 attendees each year. This beloved tradition is more than a performance; it’s a celebration of creativity and collaboration with a purpose. All proceeds benefit the Auburn-Opelika chapter of Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit dedicated to building homes for families in need across Lee County. Last year alone, our Panhellenic women donated over $170,000 and contributed 300+ volunteer hours to Habitat for Humanity, helping make tangible differences in our local community.

Through Greek Sing, Auburn Panhellenic continues to uphold the values of leadership, scholarship, friendship, and service that define our community, while creating meaningful opportunities to give back. Sponsoring Greek Sing offers your business a unique opportunity to connect with thousands of students, alumni, and community members while supporting a cause that changes lives. Your partnership helps us produce an exceptional event and amplifies the impact of our fundraising efforts for Habitat for Humanity.

Recruitment Sponsorships

Auburn Panhellenic proudly welcomes thousands of enthusiastic students each fall during Primary Recruitment, the second-largest campus event—surpassed only by an Auburn football game day. This week-long tradition introduces students to Auburn’s 18 Panhellenic sororities and creates an unforgettable experience as they begin their Auburn journey. Recruitment is more than an introduction to sorority life; it is an opportunity for students to connect, build friendships, and find their home at Auburn. In 2025, 2,352 Potential New Members registered for Recruitment, and 2,153 women received bids, joining a community that represents 47% of Auburn’s undergraduate women and 24% of the undergraduate population.

Recruitment also offers unmatched visibility for sponsors. Auburn Panhellenic’s social media platforms engage more than 26,000 followers and generate over 400,000 weekly impressions. Our email communications reach more than 2,000 new members and their families, while our website serves as the central hub for recruitment information and is visited daily by potential new members. On Bid Day, thousands of parents, active members, and new members gather in Sorority Village to celebrate, creating an incredible opportunity for your brand to be seen and experienced by thousands.

Through Recruitment, Auburn Panhellenic continues to uphold the values of leadership, scholarship, friendship, and service while welcoming the next generation of women into our community. Thank you for supporting Auburn Panhellenic and helping us create an unforgettable Recruitment experience!
