Colleen Weis
Panhellenic President
War Eagle! My name is Colleen Weis, and I am a junior from The Woodlands, TX, majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Marketing & Leadership. During my time at Auburn, I have served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations on the CLA Student Executive Council, a Social Media Manager through The Oaks Agency, and Director of Property Management on my chapter's Executive Council. I have been grateful enough to have been involved with the Panhellenic Council since my freshman year, serving as the Director of Social Media and Director of Communications on the Panhellenic Marketing Team, as well as serving as a Pi Chi during 2025 Primary Recruitment. As Panhellenic President, I am responsible for leading the council through collaboration with all eighteen chapters. This includes chapter presidents, the Panhellenic Executive Board, Panhellenic Cabinet, the Recruitment Executive Board, and the student body. Bi-weekly I host a chapter president's small group, which is an outlet for presidents to meet all together in one space. Through this role, I have the opportunity to serve as a voice for the Panhellenic community and represent the values that we strongly uphold. I am deeply humbled and honored to be able to serve in this capacity, and I do not take for granted the responsibility I hold. The Panhellenic community and Greek Life at Auburn have given me so much in my time here and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back!
Alex Volk
Administrative Vice President
Hey Y’all! My name is Alexandra Volk, and I am a Junior from Dayton, Ohio majoring in Biomedical Sciences Pre-Med and minoring in Business. I am incredibly honored to serve as this year’s Administrative Vice President of Panhellenic. Panhellenic has provided me with a sense of purpose and belonging, and I strive to give back to this amazing community in my role. I oversee Panhellenic Cabinet and coordinate programs such as Greek Sing, Circle of Sisterhood, and create programming with other offices on Auburn’s Campus. Panhellenic programming ensures fun and educational opportunities for Panhellenic women to engage in Women’s Initiatives, Health & Wellness, Service, and so much more! Through my position, I utilize my leadership and coordination skills to ensure inclusive and engaging events for the Panhellenic community! I hope to enhance the Auburn Panhellenic experience by providing members with the necessary opportunities to feel included and engaged! This role is incredibly important to me, and I am grateful to serve this amazing community!
Payton Berry
Vice President for Recruitment
Hi y’all and War Eagle! My name is Payton Berry, and I have the privilege of serving as Auburn Panhellenic’s Vice President for Recruitment. I am a junior from Fairhope, Alabama, majoring in Supply Chain Management with minors in International Business and Professional Sales. In my role as Vice President for Recruitment, I have the opportunity to work closely with the Recruitment Teams from each of our eighteen chapters while also leading our nine-member Recruitment Executive Board. Additionally, I help select and train our Recruitment Counselors, known as Pi Chis, and play a role in planning and executing each stage of the recruitment process for both chapter members and potential new members. My passion for recruitment comes from my genuine love for the Panhellenic community and the meaningful sense of belonging it provides to women on Auburn’s campus. Auburn Panhellenic has truly become my home away from home and has had a profound impact on my personal growth throughout college. This community has challenged me, supported me, and helped shape me into a strong, confident, and compassionate young woman. Because of Panhellenic, I have met some of my closest friends and countless other driven, like-minded women who inspire me, push me to be better, and are people I can always count on. The Panhellenic community has been one of the most rewarding and impactful parts of my college experience, and I feel incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back to such a special and thriving community!
May Beth Youngblood
Executive Vice President
Hi everyone! My name is May Beth Youngblood, and I am honored to serve as this year’s Panhellenic Executive Vice President. I am from Tuscumbia, Alabama, and I am majoring in Exercise Science on the Pre-Physical Therapy track with a minor in business. What led me to this position is the incredible people who make up our Panhellenic community—women who serve wholeheartedly and uplift one another every step of the way. It is so important for our members to take on leadership roles and actively engage in the opportunities Panhellenic offers, and my goal in this position is to foster that involvement and make a lasting impact on our campus and beyond. As Executive Vice President, I have the privilege of overseeing all 18 Chapter Delegates and Junior Delegates. In this role, I lead bi-weekly small-group meetings, hold regular one-on-one check-ins, and provide guidance on topics ranging from voting procedures to internal chapter matters. Above all, I strive to uphold the values of Auburn Panhellenic and continuously work toward strengthening our community. I am truly grateful for this opportunity to give back to a community that has given me so much. War Eagle!
Kate Saunders
Vice President for Finance
Hi y’all and War Eagle! My name is Kate Saunders, and I am honored to serve as Auburn Panhellenic’s Vice President for Finance. I am a junior from Greenville, SC, majoring in finance and minoring in professional sales. Serving the Panhellenic community has been one of the most meaningful parts of my Auburn experience, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back in this role. As Vice President for Finance, I oversee all financial operations of the Panhellenic Council, including preparing the annual budget, maintaining up-to-date records, completing required financial reporting, and promptly paying all Panhellenic expenses. I work closely with chapter treasurers, the Executive Board, and campus partners to ensure transparency, accuracy, and responsible stewardship of our resources. My goal is to support our chapters by making financial processes clear, accessible, and sustainable so they can focus on connected communities. The Auburn Panhellenic community has shaped me in countless ways, providing leadership opportunities, lifelong friendships, and a sense of purpose. I am continually inspired by the dedication and passion of the women in this community, and I am committed to serving with integrity, diligence, and care. War Eagle!
Olivia Ballard
Vice President for Public Relations
Hey y’all! My name is Olivia Ballard, and I have the honor of serving Auburn Panhellenic as the Vice President for Public Relations this year. I’m a junior from Atlanta, Georgia, pursuing a degree in Marketing. I served the Panhellenic Council as my chapter delegate last year and have also been involved on campus in The Oaks Agency and PRSSA. As Vice President for Public Relations, I have the joy of working with every area of the Panhellenic Council. My role includes managing communications, social media, calendars, event coverage, graphic design, social campaigns, and merchandise for events like Greek Sing and Fall Recruitment. I also oversee the 18 chapter Social Media Chairs, ensuring they’re supported in their roles. My job would not be possible without the help of my amazing Marketing Team, whom I have the joy and privilege of leading and overseeing. All above, my team and I strive to showcase the heart of our organization and chapters through all outlets. I am deeply humbled and honored to have to opportunity to serve a community whom has given me so much. War Eagle!
